Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
   • Vice President Englesby called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
   • Present : Englesby, Gorres, Hable, Lawrence.
   • Absent : Blount, Borden, Van Iten.
   • Also present : Berg, Newbegin.
2. Approval of Agenda
   • Motion to Approve as presented : Gorres.
   • Second : Hable.
   • Action : Approved.
3. Approval of Regular & Annual Meeting Minutes of May 5, 2016.
   • Motion to Approve as presented : Hable.
   • Second : Gorres.
   • Discussion : None
   • Action : Approved.
4. Public Presentations / Communications
   • None.
5. Approval of Bills
   • Motion to Approve the Bills as presented : Hable.
   • Second : Gorres.
   • Discussion : Berg noted that because of the timing of the meetings, some accounts have two monthly bills.
   • Action : Approved.
6. Reports
   1. Director's - Berg noted she had been gone for two weeks in May, Summer Reading had begun, school was out for the summer, and our Concerts in the Park would be starting soon.
   2. President's - None.
   3. Village Update - None.
7. Old Business
   1. Discussion and plans for fundraising for Challenge Grant.
      • There was discussion about someone coming to coach board members in fundraising. Berg discussed “soft landings”.
8. New Business
   1. Discussion and possible approval of a Social Media Policy.
      • The policy was discussed.
      • Motion to approve the Social Media Policy : Engelsby.
      • Second : Hable.
      • Action : Approved.
