Studio 203

Where is Studio 203?

Studio 203 is located in an area on the east side of the building, just inside the entrance most used by children as they come to the library after school. The Studio invites passersby to partake in communal and individual art projects, such as folding 1,000 origami cranes and pinning them to the tackable wall.

What is Studio 203?

It is a space that changes frequently and is an engaging and attractive area that draws children and families in to do a quick hands-on activity as they enter or exit the library. The Studio emphasizes the plastic arts, fabric arts, and paper arts; but the Studio is also for writers, photographers, and actors. This small area provides a place for children and families to experience, learn, and create. And, most importantly, help us expand our community!
