What is Qigong?

It is a slow movement exercise with gentle stretching. Qigong can create better energy, better sleep, relaxation, and reduce stress.

It’s been a long time since we were able to offer in-person Qigong classes. To participate, please call the Library at 846-5482, or register on our website. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and you’ll need to fill out a waiver form.

If you have a disability and require accommodation in order to fully participate, please contact library staff.

Please Note: The Qigong on our Facebook page is a pre-recorded session, the in-person sessions on Tuesdays are not being streamed live or recorded.
