We're happy to have the Dane County Trash Lab visiting the library!

Trash Lab was created by the Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables in collaboration with Madison Children’s Museum. The Trash Lab is a mobile exhibit designed to educate and motivate us to create less trash and rethink our relationship with waste.

Howl for Wolves

Experience a captivating slideshow, engage in interactive activities, and get creative with fun crafts. Whether you're a nature enthusiast or just curious about these incredible animals, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

There's something for all ages, kids through adults are invited to come learn about our wolf neighbors. 

Winter Reading Kick-Off Campfire**

Join us on the Library patio for a winter campfire, complete with hot dogs, s'mores, warm drinks, and seasonal music. 

Take a break from the chill and step inside to paint 3D-printed miniature woodland creatures. 

While you're here (or even if you're not), you can sign up and start logging your books and activities for the 2025 Winter Reading Program in Beanstack. 

**The event will go until 3 pm or while supplies last.
