Come and shake your sillies out with Miss Emily at our Outdoor Summer Storytime. Join us from 10:00 - 10:30 am for singing, dancing, stories, and more! After the stories stay and move and groove with some fun outdoor activities. This program is geared toward kids of all ages. Bring a blanket to sit on and join in the fun!

Little ones and their adults will playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and other mindfulness techniques with songs, books, games, fun props, and imagination activities. Props will be provided.

Summer School Age Book Club for kids in grades 2-4.
This summer we will be reading the book The Sheep, the Rooster, and the Duck written by Matt Phelan.
Steaming Into Wednesdays are family activity times for preschool through 5th-grade children and their families.
Explore ways to problem solve and create with us. These programs will feature science, technology, engineering, arts, and math themes.

Miss Emily will be joined by members of our Village’s terrific Public Works staff for a special outdoor storytime celebrating National Public Works Week.
Enjoy truck-themed stories and songs. Stay afterward to explore some of the Village’s big trucks, take a photo or two, and play in the sand.

Let the wild rumpus (and Summer Reading) start! Join Miss Emily for fun games, activities, and crafts inspired by Maurice Sendak’s beloved children’s book.
Honor the memory of Martin Luther King, Jr. and enjoy time with your family on a day off from school by visiting the Children's Room for a variety of peace and kindness-themed crafts and activities.
Bust those winter blues by bringing your little ones to an open playtime in our Community Room for these fun and creative indoor activities.
A variety of toys, equipment, and activities will be available.
