Teens
Design Your Own Board Game*
Create your own board game! Draw the game board, learn about probability with dice and cards, and make your own rules!
This program is geared for kids ages 9 - 12.
Unofficial Poké-Battle!*
Test your deck to see if you have what it takes to be the very best!
There will be two brackets so every player plays at least two games. Each battle will be timed with battles running simultaneously. During the times when you aren’t battling, there will be activities and snacks provided while you wait.
Each player will need to bring their own deck, though the library may have a few decks available to use at the program.
There is limited space for this unofficial tournament, so be sure to register before December 1!
Poké-Card Training*
Calling all Poké lovers, attend this special training day to prepare for the Unofficial Poké Battle on Sunday, December 3!
During this time, trainers will be available to give tips and tricks on deck building, as well as teach how to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
The library is not responsible for any trades made during this program.
