Library Board Approved Minutes 2017 Annual Meeting

Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 5:55 p.m.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
   • The meeting was called to order by President Kathy Van Iten at 5:55 p.m.
   • Present : Present: Englesby, Lowery,and Van Iten
   • Absent: Gorres, Lawrence, Runez
2. Call for nomination of officers.
   • Van Iten called for nominations. Englesby nominated the current officers as the slate: Van Iten, President; Englesby, Vice President; Lawrence, Treasurer; and Gorres, Secretary.
   • There were no other nominations.
3. Close nominations.
   • Motion to close: Englesby.
   • Second: Lowery.
   • Vote: All approved.
4. Election of officers.
   • Motion to approve the nominated slate of candidates: Lowery.
   • Second: Englesby.
   • Vote: All approved.
5. Select Date and Time of Regular Board Meetings.
   • Van Iten moved that the date of the regular board meeting be the 1st Thursday of the month and the time be 6 p.m.
   • Second : Englesby.
   • Vote: All Approved.
6. Adjournment of Annual Meeting.
   • Motion to Adjourn : Englesby.
   • Second: Lowery.
   • Vote: All approved.
