1. Call to Order and Roll Call
   • The meeting was called to order by Vice President John Englesby at 5:55 p.m.
   • Present: Gorres, Lowery, Englesby
2. Call for nomination of officers.
   • Motion: Gorres moved that the current slate of officers continue.
   • Second: Lowery
   • Discussion: None.
   • Action: All Approved.
3. Close nominations.
   • Motion to close nominations by: Lowery
   • Second: Gorres.
   • Action: All approved.
4. Election of officers.
   • Motion to approve the slate of Officers by: Gorres
   • Second: Lowery
   • Action: All approved.
5. Select Date and Time of Regular Board Meetings.
   • Motion to meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at 6 p.m.: Gorres
   • Second: Lowery
   • Action: All Approved.
6. Adjournment of Annual Meeting.
   • Motion to adjourn the annual meeting: Englesby
   • Second: Lowery
   • Action: All Approved.

The Annual Meeting was adjourned at 6 p.m.
