Library Board Approved Minutes 2021 Annual Meeting

Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
   • The meeting was called to order by President Kathy Van Iten at 4:07 p.m.
   • Present: Englesby, Gorres, Landgraf, Lawrence, Runez, Van Iten, and Zeimet
   • Absent: None
2. Call for nomination of officers.
   • Zeimet nominate the current slate of officers as follows:
   • Nomination for President: Van Iten
   • Nomination for Vice President: Englesby
   • Nomination for Secretary: Gorres
   • Nomination for Treasurer: Lawrence
3. Close nominations.
   • Motion to close nominations: Englesby
   • Second: Lawrence
   • Action: All approved.
4. Election of officers.
   • Motion to elect those nominated: Zeimet
   • Second: Landgraf
   • Action: All approved.
5. Select Date and Time of Regular Board Meetings.
   • Motion to set the date of regular board meeting as the 1st Thursday of the month and to set the time of regular board meeting at 6 p.m. by Lawrence.
   • Second: Landgraf
   • Action: All Approved.
6. Adjournment of Annual Meeting.
   • Motion to adjourn: Landgraf
   • Second: Englesby.
   • Action: All Approved.
