What is fine art black & white photography about?

It means reconstructing reality, looking for texture, contrast in tone, evoking impressionism, and focusing on the play of light.

Black & white allows for a more personal interpretation of reality. This month our assignment is to capture images in black and white, keeping these points in mind.

Please send in your photographs by Monday, March 15.

Email jhenze [at] deforestlibrary.org to submit your photographs and get a Zoom link.
