Keep calm and try Qigong!
Along with our regular Tuesday morning sessions, instructor Nancy Osley will offer Qi gong practice on selected Thursday mornings at the Village Green across the street from the Library.
Anyone (age 16 & up) is invited to sign a waiver and participate.
Qigong is a moving meditation that is simple, easy to learn, and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level.
Just mirror the movements of the instructor and reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
