In partnership with Dementia Friendly DeForest-Windsor, DeForest Area Community & Senior Center, DeForest Police Department, and the Dane County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), our Library offers this free program.
What might it be like to live with dementia? Find out at this patented course provided by Second Wind Dreams, licensed to the ADRC for community members.
Your physical and sensory abilities will be altered and you will have a new appreciation and empathy for people living with dementia.
Allow 45-60 minutes for the experience and follow-up information. Please register.
