Each candidate will present an opening statement of two minutes. 

A question-and-answer period will follow with prepared questions. The moderator will pose other questions submitted by the audience in written form. Candidates will have two minutes to answer each question. 

Each candidate will then present a closing statement of two minutes.

High contrast photos involve using strong contrasting elements in a picture. Many photos use color, focusing on dark and light spots in an image. A photograph can also explore high contrast between different shapes and textures.

Coloring for Adults

You've probably heard that coloring has many benefits.  Here's what the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association recently stated.

"Studies have shown that “structured coloring of a reasonably complex geometric pattern,” such as a symmetrical mandala pattern or coloring book, can lead to a meditative state that helps reduce anxiety. Consider breaking out your adult coloring books, or drawing your own pattern."
