All Summer Readers Welcome!

We did it! 
We've read more than 35,000 books this summer--beyond our community goal of 27,500 books! That means we get to celebrate with a colorful dance party, yard games, giveaways, prize drawings, award presentations*, and more on Market Street. 

If we reach our stretch goal of 33,000 books, there will be free ice cream treats from Susie's Sweets & Frozen Treats for participating readers at the party.

We’ve got you covered!

While you’re picking out your next great puzzle at the swap, drop by the Community Room anytime between 12–7 PM for even more puzzle fun! Help us tackle as many jigsaw puzzles as we can in one afternoon, or take a break with sudoku, crosswords, word searches, and more. Stay for a few minutes or a few hours—just follow the clues and join the fun!

From cookbook demonstrations and comics workshops to mask making and language classes, this library has something for everyone and Little Lobo can’t wait to show you.

Classical Guitarist Peter Fletcher

Peter will be performing music from his new CD, as well as the Bach Chaconne, Usher Waltz by Russian composer Nikita Koshkin, a very special arrangement of the famous Shaker hymn Simple Gifts, Sunburst by American composer Andrew York and music by Ponce and Tansman. The concert will culminate with the luscious Cordoba and powerful Leyenda by Spanish composer Isaac Albeniz.
