Friday Fun Storytime

Community Room

Join Miss Emily for singing, dancing, stories, and more on select Fridays at 10 am! 

After the stories stay and move and groove with some fun activities. 

This program is geared toward kids of all ages and is open to everyone! Our Friday Fun Storytimes will be different from our regular Story Hours and Tiny Tot Times.

Tiny Tot Time: Birth - 3 Years Old

Where
Children's Room

Silly songs, fun action rhymes, and interactive stories will have caregivers and little ones moving and grooving. 

Tiny Tot Time is offered three times a week. Each week there will be new books and activities.

  • Tuesdays at 10:15 am
  • Wednesdays at 9:15 am
  • Wednesdays at 10:15 am 

Board Books to read along with Miss Emily each week will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Story Hour: 2-5 Years Old

Pre-schoolers will build letter and number identification skills while enjoying stories, songs, and activities with their caregivers. 

Story Hour is offered three times a week. Each week there will be new books and activities.

  • Mondays at 10:15 am
  • Thursdays at 9:15 am
  • Thursdays at 10:15 am

Join Miss Emily for stories, songs, and action rhymes on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am at local parks:

  • September 3 - Community Room (library lower level) due to weather
  • September 10 - Windsor Fireman's Park

These storytimes are geared for kids of all ages.

Parade Pinwheels

Celebrate the Fourth with creative fun! Kids can make their own parade pinwheels or ribbon wand, then draw a firework portrait to give a little sparkle to their Independence Day.

Sock Puppets

Give a lonely sock a new life! Craft your own sock puppet using felt, buttons, and a little imagination. Perfect for storytelling, playtime, or just for fun. This is a drop-in event while supplies last.

Rhythm & Rhyme Storytime

Join Miss Emily for a musical storytime and stay to move and groove at this outdoor kids dance party, complete with bubbles, hula hoops, and more!
