Join us for the launch of local author Art Rathburn's ninth book, To a Better Place. Art will introduce his new historical novel and talk the ten years that he spent researching and writing it.

Healthcare Decision Day: Healthcare Power of Attorney

Join us for Healthcare Decision Day to learn about Healthcare Power of Attorney. 

From 4:00 until 5:00 pm, there will be a presentation by Ellen, a Dementia Care Specialist with the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Dane County, about Healthcare Power of Attorney. 

Then from 5:00 until 6:00 pm, you'll have a chance to receive one-on-one assistance with completing documents for Healthcare Power of Attorney.
