Won't these be interesting times to write about someday? For now, our Memoir Writers group continues to think about events, places, and people in our lives. Everyone has a story to tell. Share a memory from your life! Send something you have written to Erin at ededin@deforestlibrary.org. Your writing will be shared with the group via email. Then read what others have written and reply or join the group in person at the Library to share your feedback. We have members with all skill levels. New members and visitors are always welcome!

We're pleased to offer a free showing of a movie that is of interest to grown-ups on varying Mondays of the month. Check out our Monday Matinee page for more information.

Qigong is a moving meditation that is simple, easy to learn, and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level. Just mirror the movements of the instructor and reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility. Open to ages 16 & up. Participants need to sign a waiver at the start of their first class.
