Our 2020 Winter Reading Program: Batty About Reading has begun!

Creators' Lounge: Draw, Craft, Write | Wednesday, March 11 - 3:30pm | Rosenberry Lounge


A creative place for crafters, drawers, or writers. Feel free to bring what you're working on or use the materials provided.

Poly Clay Sculpting | Wednesday, March 11 - 6:00pm | The Workshop


Polymer Clay is a plastic material that can be sculpted into a variety of creations like jewelry, figurines, or anything else you imagination can whip up. We will then fire them in the oven at the library for patrons to take home.

Teen Games | Thursday, March 12 - 3:30pm | See Event Description


Teen Games will meet twice a week, Monday (Community Room) and Thursday (Rosenberry Lounge).

Each day will have its own Dungeons and Dragons session.

There will also be a variety of amazing games to play, like Munchkin, Fluxx, Loot Letter, Chupacabra: Survive the Night, and more.

Open Lab | Thursday, March 12 - 3:30pm | The Workshop


Anyone is welcome to come into the Workshop to explore and see what it has to offer. Try your hand at sphero, osmo, snap circuits, and 3D printing, or many other options to nurture your inner scientist. There will be a librarian on hand to answer your questions and to help get you started.

Colorful Containers | Thursday, March 12 - 6:00pm | The Workshop


Bring a bottle (or other container) or use one of ours and transform it into a vase, pencil holder, lantern, etc. with a little bright paper and glue.

We will be playing games from the new breed of modern board games that have reinvigorated this once lackluster pastime. Put down the controllers and phones and enjoy some face to face gaming that is often over looked in today's pixel-centric world.

QiGong Classes With Nancy Osley, Instructor | Tuesday, March 17 - 9:30am | Community Room


Qigong is a moving meditation that is simple, easy to learn, and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level.

Just mirror the movements of the instructor and reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility.

Open to ages 16 & up. Participants need to sign a waiver at the start of their first class.
