Monday Matinee Movies for Grown Ups

Our Saturday movies are great for kids and families. We're pleased to offer a free showing of a movie that is of interest to grown-ups on varying Mondays of the month. Check out our Monday Matinee page for more information.

Yoga Ladies Laughing and Stretching Instructor: Lisa Lawrence
Monday, September 16 - 5:45pm | Community Room


Stretch your way to feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Instructor Lisa Lawrence will guide the class. No experience is needed to join in the fun.

  • Everyone is welcome. (Men, too!)
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Bring a large towel or mat and a water bottle.
  • It's better to come without eating first, but it’s OK to have a small snack.
  • You’ll need to sign a waiver.

Our instructor, Lisa Lawrence, has 40 years of experience, and teaches at the Master Level. Her specialty is beginners.

QiGong Classes With Nancy Osley, Instructor
Tuesday, September 17 - 9:30am | Community Room (No Class August 13)


Qigong is a moving meditation that is simple, easy to learn, and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level.

Just mirror the movements of the instructor and reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility.

Open to ages 16 & up. Participants need to sign a waiver at the start of their first class.
